United States Air Force Airman First Class (A1C) Edward "Ed" Cabansag

Airman First Class (A1C) Ed Cabansag was strongly "encouraged" or forced to sanitize the events that took place in Rendlesham Forest 1980. He accompanied Jim Penniston and John Burroughs, with investigating a craft of unknown origin, that landed and was sitting\hovering on the forest floor.  The craft emitted a blinding dome of white light with yellow, orangish red and blue lights pulsing near or on the skin of the craft.  The following is the sanitized version of Cabansag's statement he was forced to write and sign. “On 26 Dec 80, SSgt Penniston and I were on Security #6 at Woodbridge Base. I was the member. We were patrolling Delta NAPA when we received a call over the radio. It stated that Police #4 had seen some strange lights out past the East Gate and we were to respond. SSgt Penniston and I left Delta NAPA, heading for the East Gate code two. When we got there SSgt Steffens and A1C Burroughs were on patrol. They told us they had seen some funny lights out in the ...

United States Air Force Colonel Theodore "Ted" Conrad Speaks for the first time about The Rendlesham Forest Incident

Colonel Ted Conrad, RAF Bentwaters   In 1980, United States Air Force Colonel Ted Conrad was base commander of the twin airfields of Woodbridge and Bentwaters, near Ipswich, which are understood at the time to have stored nuclear weapons.  Just after Christmas mysterious lights were seen in the sky above nearby Rendlesham Forest, and after a second night of reports from his men, Col. Conrad investigated himself.  During the day, he went into the forest himself to a clearing where the lights had been seen and where markings on trees and on the ground had been found, indicating a possible landing by a spacecraft. Col. Conrad said he found them “unremarkable”. Nevertheless, he returned to the base and handpicked a team of his best security officers and sent them in the forest that evening to investigate.  Armed with a Geiger counter, cameras and night vision devices they staked out the “landing site”. After seeing nothing suspicious, most of the team returne...

Utsuro Bune UFO (Unidentified Floating Object) Japan year 1800 and The Rendlesham Forest Incident UFO (Unidentified Flying Object) United Kingdom year 1980, are they connected?

A well recorded and little known event in the Western world would be the events of the Utsuro Bune. This is a myth dating from circa 1800 Japan. It states that a unidentified floating object washed up on the shore. The inhabitants of the village witnessed the object on the shore stating that is was spherical with strange writing on it. Out of the capsule came a woman dressed in fine clothing. She spoke a different language and was not able to communicate with the locals.   A pale, redheaded woman was alone inside the ship. Below:  Writing witnessed and notated by Jim Penniston from the left side of the craft of unknown origin in the Rendlesham Forest, December 26th, 1980. Here I would like to show the similarities between these two writings (Utsuro Bune year circa 1880 and The Rendlesham Forest Incident 1980), despite the time difference of 200 years.  It seems rather odd that there would be any similarities between these two. However, it can be seen that the commona...

Glyphs on the Rendlesham Craft

INTERVIEWER :  WHEN WE TALKED ABOUT THIS A FEW YEARS AGO, YOU REMEMBERED, I THINK, SEEING SOME KIND OF SYMBOLS? JIM PENNISTON : "Yes, that is probably the most interesting part of it. I did  draw them into my notebook. That was part of the 360 (degree  examination) we were doing on the investigation because it was  not a downed aircraft at that point, but we knew we had  something out of the ordinary. You don't mind if I look at my  notes, do you? 'On this smooth exterior shell, there is writing  of some kind. I'm not sure what it is. Size 3-inch lettering.  May be symbols that stretch for a length of 2 feet. Maybe a  little more." JIM PENNISTON:   "The feeling after I touched these symbols, I would describe them  as like etched or engraved, like a diamond cut on glass. That  was the feeling of these. I guess etching would be the best way  to describe it." INTERVIEWER:    SO THE SYMBOLS WERE CUT INTO THE SURFACE,...

John Burroughs is the USAF Airman who accompanied USAF Sgt. Jim Pennistion on investigation of landed UFO

John entered the USAF in 1979 and served twenty-seven years both in active and reserve.  He is currently USAFR (Retired from the Air Force Reserves). John had various assignments throughout his Air Force career. Some of these assignments were at Luke AFB, Osan AFB, Grissom AFB, Castle AFB, with Reserve assignments at Davis-Monthan AFB Prime Beef , Williams AFB, Reese AFB and Luke AFB as a IMA. He has been on many deployments from Italy to the Middle East.   In 2002 he deployed after being called back to active duty after 911 with his Explosive K-9 to AL Jabber AFB and again in early 2003 to a location in the Middle East during the buildup for the invasion of Iraqi operation Iraqi freedom. He also has been tasked on several occasions with his K-9 to provide protection for POTUS for the United States Secret Service. In 1999 he deployed to San Vito Italy with a squad for operation Noble Anvil. He worked the Joint Command Base with the Army, which ran all of the war oper...

Suffolk Constabulary have a record, dated 26 December 1980, of a report from the law Enforcement Desk of RAF Woodbridge, stating that "We have a sighting of some unusual lights in the sky, we have sent some unarmed troops to investigate, we are terming it as a U.F.O. at present".

The police investigated this report and the result is recorded as follows: "Air Traffic Control West Drayton checked. No knowledge of aircraft. Reports received of aerial phenomena over southern England during the night. Only lights visible this area was from Orford light house. Search made of area - negative." The "aerial phenomena" probably refers to the re-entry of the Russian Cosmos 749 rocket which was widely seen over southern England on the evening of December 25. A letter in the police file notes that one of the PCs returned to the site in daylight in case he had missed something. "There was nothing to be seen and he remains unconvinced that the occurrence was genuine...

What is The Rendlesham Forest Incident of 1980?

Welcome to The Rendlesham Forest Incident Official Blog We are dedicated to preserving information regarding this historic encounter with a COUO (Craft Of Unknown Origin), UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) or UFO (Unidentified Flying Object), which occurred in the Rendlesham Forest (Suffolk, England, December 1980).   The mission is to educate humanity, raise awareness,  stimulate discussion and   provide a centralized information repository for those who are interested in researching The Rendlesham Forest Incident and related aerial phenomena (COUO, UAP, UFO). U.K. newspaper  News of the World 1983 The Rendlesham Forest Incident, also known as 'Britain's Roswell', is undoubtedly one of the best documented and most significant military encounters with a Craft of Unknown Origin or UFO. It is also a case that involved very credible witnesses, trained (USAF) United States Air Force observers and security police. The incident spanned three days in 1980...

Time travel theory avoids grandfather paradox - A new theory proposed by physicists at MIT suggests that this grandfather paradox could be avoided by using quantum teleportation and "post-selecting"

Time travel theory avoids grandfather paradox by Lisa Zyga , Phys.org This figure shows CTCs through (a) conventional and (b) post-selected teleportation. Image credit: Seth Lloyd, et al. (PhysOrg.com) -- The possibility of going back in time only to kill your ancestors and prevent your own birth has posed a serious problem for potential time travelers, not even considering the technical details of building a time machine. But a new theory proposed by physicists at MIT suggests that this grandfather paradox could be avoided by using quantum teleportation and "post-selecting" what a time traveler could and could not do. So while murdering one’s relatives is unfortunately possible in the present time, such actions would be strictly forbidden if you were to try them during a trip to the past. The model of  time travel  proposed by Seth Lloyd, et al., in a recent paper at arXiv.org arises from their investigation of the quantum mechanics of closed timelike curves (CTCs) and searc...

Dr. Ronald L. Mallett discusses the only practical way of sending a message back in time. To send a binary code message through time using circular patterns of light to twist space and time (Space-time). Using light to manipulate time.

Dr. Ronald L. Mallett discusses the only practical way of sending a message back in time. To use binary code through time using circular patterns of light to twist space and time (Space-time). Using light to manipulate time. The energy of the light beams will produce a gravitational field strong enough to drag a spinning neutron through time. Dr. Mallet says: "Let's say I'll call the spin up a one (1) and I'll call a spin down a zero (0). So imagine sending a stream of neutrons with spin up, spin up spin down, spin up ...what do you call that? It's BINARY CODE. So by using the spin of neutrons I can send the binary code which can be translated into a message." Click here to play video

Rendlesham Craft of Unknown Origin

When Jim Penniston got to a distance of 50 meters he could make out a metallic type object, some kind of craft, but unlike any he had ever seen in his seven years in the air force. As he moved closer he discovered that the air seemed to be charged with static electricity causing his hair to stand on end. As he closed to within 20 meters of the object he noticed that the animals had scattered and the area was now completely quiet. As he got closer still he could see the object in more detail. He described seeing a shiny black, triangular shaped craft, three meters in width and two high. The surface was smooth almost glass like. He later said it was about the size of a tank.  White light was emitting from both the top and bottom of the craft. Red and blue lights flashed alternatively on either side. Penniston then took out a camera and began photographing the object. He shot the entire roll and then moved closer so he could circle around the back of it. He was amazed to see no visibl...

The Halt Affidavit notarized June 2010

In June 2010, retired Colonel Charles Halt signed a notarized affidavit, in which he again summarized what had happened, then stated he believed the event to be extraterrestrial and it had been covered up by both the US and UK: "I believe the objects that I saw at close quarter were extraterrestrial in origin and that the security services of both the United States and the United Kingdom have attempted—both then and now—to subvert the significance of what occurred at Rendlesham Forest and RAF Bentwaters by the use of well-practiced methods of disinformation." Halt also dismissed claims that he and his men had confused a UFO with a lighthouse beam: "While in Rendlesham Forest, our security team observed a light that looked like a large eye, red in color, moving through the trees. After a few minutes this object began dripping something that looked like molten metal. A short while later it broke into several smaller, white-colored objects which flew away in all direction...
